Overview

We’re working with one of the world’s leading sports & entertainment agencies, to source an Experiential Manager/Producer for their Experiential team. You’ll be joining a really experienced team to deliver a wide variety of experiential brand events to include launches, hospitality events, parties, PR stunts, press conferences and brand activations both across the UK and globally.

ROLE
Working closely with internal PR and sponsorship teams, you will be responsible for executing experiential activities, as solutions to amplify brand sponsorship properties and assets.
Delivering your own events in their entirety, working on multiple projects at any one time
Establishing, developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients; getting under the skin of their objectives
Creatively and strategically responding to client briefs, developing proposals and pitching as required
Managing end to end production processes
Supplier management
Complex budget management
On-site delivery
Management of junior members of the team

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must come with extensive experience, gained within a similar experiential agency
Experience working with a good variety of brands across the fashion, sports, FMCG and tech sectors
Extremely high levels of attention to detail
Winning personality with the ability to develop rapport with internal teams, clients and suppliers
Solid experience delivering live events and a good knowledge of industry trends
Flexible approach to travel and working hours
Good understanding of social media platforms
