MICE Asia Exhibition sets new trend

(Hong Kong, 24 June 2014) –  The MICE Asia Pacific Exhibition 2014 will be co-hosted with Event Tech Asia 2014 to create a comprehensive networking opportunity for MICE professionals located or interested in the region. The two-day expo will be running alongisde free conferences and workshops that educate and promote industry best practices, trends, tips, destination guides, and more.

Organised by Oliver Kinross, the MICE Asia Expo and Event Tech Asia will take place at the Suntec Exhibition Centre, Singapore, on the 13th and 14th this November. With more than four months to go, the first-year event has already gathered over 2,000 registered attendees, demonstrating the event’s popularity.

Oliver Kinross is also honored to have Mr. Michael Duck, Executive Vice President of UBM Asia, to be the keynote speaker at the event. Mr. Duck will be discussing the developments and trends in the MICE industry in Asia Pacific.

The head of Oliver Kinross Asia Pacific, James McKenzie, accredits the enthusiastic response to the event’s scale and choice of topic. With over 6,000 expected attendees, the expo will be one of the largest of its kind. Moreover, the event capitlizes on the emerging trend in the events industry by combining traditional MICE expo with Event Tech Asia.

“We hope to make the MICE Asia Expo a recurring event to continue promoting the growth of MICE in Asia, as well as helping companies to succeed in the region,” says McKenzie.
