We are looking for a bright Event Assistant with a “can-do” attitude to join a close knit, lively and enthusiastic events management team.


The right candidate will have a strong passion for events and be ready to go the extra mile for our customers and colleagues. A highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a good sense of humour will fit right in!

You will be responsible for:

  • The logistics of 2 – 3 international conferences a month across Europe, USA and Asia
  • Speaker, sponsor and delegate liaison
  • Sourcing, negotiating and managing supplier (Venue, AV, Signage etc…)
  • Onsite management (international travel required)
  • Event cost control and budgeting
  • Creating and proofing event documentation
  • Customer services – including but not limited to managing customer services inbox, sending daily booking confirmations, invoices etc..
  • Providing support to the Event Operations function as and when necessary

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 2:1 or 1st class Event Management degree
  • Have outstanding communication skills
  • Be highly efficient and have an organised approach to your workload
  • Have the ability to work well under pressure and deal with high work volumes
  • Be able to adapt and change priorities according to immediate business needs
  • Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
