Job overview

The role involves working closely with UK partners and the marketing team to support the development, execution and promotion of a wide range of events (both corporate and alumni)

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure UK events are delivered against plan, on time, and on budget
  • Manage all logistics – from sourcing the venue to managing all relationships and the production and running of the event
  • Continually drive high standards and partner engagement by measuring and reporting on return on investment
  • Ensure that marketing lists and invites are managed appropriately and that the data is used effectively for targeting purposes
  • Work directly with partners to update the firm’s CRM database and carry out an ongoing review of priority UK client accounts
  • Work effectively with other members of UK marketing team to ensure events are promoted effectively and that relevant content is developed
  • Negotiate and manage all event sponsorships
  • Work effectively with other internal teams including design and IT to deliver on UK events
  • Following industry trends in the UK and be aware of competitor activity to continually improve standards

Experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Event planning and marketing experience
