About The Role

As an energizing and confident Sales Manager – MICE, you will join our creative and diverse Sales & Marketing Team, creating memorable experiences that connect people to who and what matters most to them. With a proactive approach to developing and generating business within the meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibition market you will be driven to achieve revenue targets. The role requires a dynamic sales leader to positively impact our business and clearly define our Regency Brand as we return to Sydney.

Main Responsibilities

  • Retention and acquisition of business for the MICE market
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships across internal and external clients, and other market and industry sources
  • Supporting the Director of Sales – MICE in matters relating to the Sales function within the hotel
  • Participating in weekly yield meetings and monthly strategic meetings

  • A can-do attitude and strong leadership skills
  • Highly motivated, solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork style
