You have at least 5 years experience in the corporate travel industry (MICE), an excellent command of English and French, both verbal and written


Preparing and dealing with all MICE (Meeting Incentive Conferences and Events) and group enquiries with a variety of high-end International clientele

Offer insightful recommendations and solve problems in a timely manner

Ablility to work under pressure to meet short deadlines

You will lead projects from A to Z with all the alphabet letters in between

·         Create itineraries that will meet clients’ needs

·         Do accurate budgets with the best price-quality ratio

·         Sell entire experience to our clients, higher than their expectations

·         Book all the services: accommodation, transfers, restaurants, activities, entertainment, flights, guides

·         Negotiate along the way with both our clients and service partners

·         Build extremely detailed technical programs that will ensure a smooth operation

·         Run events and support groups on the field +/- once a month in Southern African countries

·         Responsible for the financial report of each project ensuring that payment deadlines are met



Minimum of 5 years in corporate travel Industry (MICE)

Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written)

Ø  Code 8 Drivers licence

A Tertiary qualification in Travel and Tourism or Corporate Events management

Technical requirements: Computer Literate in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

In-depth knowledge of all Southern African countries

Experience  in leading and managing tours successfully

Creativity, patience and curiosity are essential

Experience in budgeting, planning and executing  of large corporate events

Communication skills: personal, respectful and highly communicative. Ability to  fully understand customers’ profiles and requirements and advise them on the best options according to their preferences and budget.

Sales & purchasing: Ability to understand customers needs and pitch the right solutions to them
